Toon Blast

Peak came to us with an open brief for Toon Blast: a rare opportunity to create something original from the ground up.
After developing several concepts, we landed on Disco Blast, a playful, cinematic adventure packed into an energetic, fast-paced short film.

Starring Bruno Bear, Wally Wolf, and Cooper Cat, the story follows the trio as they're turned away from a disco and thrown into a surreal escape room journey through jungle puzzles, underwater treasure hunts, glowing vortexes, and eventually, the dancefloor.

We drew inspiration from miniature sets, tilt-shift photography, and rich material textures to bring a maquette physicality to the environments and characters as if each moment were a diorama come to life. Every scene and texture was crafted by our team with an emphasis on bringing the loveable game to life in a whole new way.
